Brenda's Banging Air Fryer Cookies

Ingredients

 

 

5gms Proper Nutty smunchy
40 gms light brown sugar
40 gms granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
120 gms plain flour

                   Method

Line air fryer basket with parchment and lightly grease with butter.

Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
Add in proper nutty and vanilla extract and mix well.
Bring together mixture with a spatula and place on surface dusted with cornflour until it’s soft but easy to roll into a sausage shape.
Slice into 15 individual pieces and roll with hands to form a ball.
Press down lightly to form cookie and mark each one with a fork.
Place cookies in air fryer in batches on bake mode (160degrees) and bake for 7 minutes.
Remove on the parchment paper and leave to cool.
