Smunchy Peanut Butter Banana Loaf Cake ft Milkway Magic Stars
Ingredients:
- 300g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 85g unsalted butter, softened
- 150g Proper Nutty Smunchy peanut butter
- 150g granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g Milky Way Magic Stars
- 30ml milk
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf tin or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a separate large bowl, beat the butter, peanut butter, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and bananas: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- Combine mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, until just combined.
- Fold in Magic Stars: Gently fold in the Milky Way Magic Stars.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Allow the loaf to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
